Before founding Avia Pharma, Jacob worked for 6 years at Apotek Hjärtat. The first 4 years as Business Development Director and then 2 years as E-commerce Director. From 2002 to 2006, he was a Management Consultant at BCG and between 2006 and 2009 he worked as a Business Manager at GlaxoSmithKline. Jacob holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Before joining Avia Pharma in 2018, Marie worked at Apoteket AB as Assortment Manager for 5 years. Prior to that Marie has worked 10 years with brand- and product managment both in FMCG companies and brand consultancy firms. Marie has great experience in turning around declining brands and categories to increase sales and profitability. Marie holds and MSc in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
