Nix Cream, containing 5% permethrin, effectively kills crabs and scabies mites. The cream is applied on the body, and acts during the night. One treatment is usually sufficient.

Scabies is highly contagious

Scabies is an itchy, highly contagious skin disease caused by an infestation by scabies mites, a small eight-legged parasite. It is transmitted by direct skin-to-skin contact and the predominant symptom is a severe and relentless itch.

Recommended for:

Children over two years old and adults with scabies. Children under two years only after consulting a doctor. Pregnant or breastfeeding women only after consulting a doctor.

Precautions:

NIX Shampoo containing 1% permethrin, which affects the nervous system of head lice, causing the lice and their eggs to die.

NIX is currently sold in pharmacies in Denmark, Finland and Norway.

Therapeutic indications: Nix® cream is indicated for treatment of scabies mites and crabs.

Dosage: Apply the cream to the whole body, avoiding getting cream in the eyes. If you get cream in the eyes, wash them with water.

Nix® (permethrin) shampoo 1%, OTC

Therapeutic indications: Nix® shampoo is indicated for treatment of head lice.

Dosage: For adults, elderly and children over 6 months, one bottle is sufficient for a person with shoulder-length hair.

Storage: Max 25° C

For children under 6 months, Nix should only be used after consultation with a doctor. Wash the hair with ordinary shampoo first, then with Nix® shampoo wait 10 minutes after it rinses off. Then use the comb to remove dead lice from the hair.
